How do I get started?

Submit an intake form and share any brand materials or inspiration you have. Once your selections are confirmed, you’ll receive a personalized proposal and contract. A 50% deposit is required to secure your project.

Do A La Carte services include revisions?

Yes — each A La Carte service includes one round of revisions. Additional adjustments are billed at your studio’s $85/hr creative rate.

What is the turnaround time?

Most projects follow a simple three-phase workflow: Creative Consultation, Draft Delivery, Final Edit & Export.

*Turnaround varies slightly per service, but most A La Carte items are completed within 5–10 business days.

Is usage included with my deliverables?

Yes — all exported deliverables come with standard usage rights for your brand’s digital and print marketing.
However, design systems, aesthetic direction kits, and signature style guides require full buyout rights, which are priced separately.

Can I request my files in different sizes or formats?

Your final delivery comes in all standard formats suitable for social media or print. Extra versions or custom sizes can be added at your request and billed hourly.

Do you offer posting, scheduling, or account management?

The Savage Fantasy Studio is strictly deliver-only. You receive beautifully crafted assets, and your team handles posting and distribution.

Can I add on more services later?

Absolutely. A La Carte services are designed to be flexible. You can add items at any time, and you’re welcome to return for seasonal refreshes, launch campaign support, or retainer content.

What payment methods do you accept?

Zelle, ACH/bank transfer, and checks. Your invoice number must be included with all payments.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Because all work is custom and creative labor is time-based, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Can I book a single project instead of the Building Blocks package?

Yes — A La Carte services can be booked independently.
Note: The Aesthetic Direction Kit (Style Guide) is a buyout-only service when booked outside the Building Blocks package.
