Process
Here’s how working with The Savage Fantasy Studio begins:
1. Initial Inquiry
Submit the contact form with as much detail as you’d like. This helps me understand your project scope, timeline, and aesthetic direction.
2. Creative Consulting Call
If your project is a good fit, the studio will schedule a video or in-person consultation. This is where we refine your vision, discuss brand goals, and ensure our styles align.
3. Personalized Proposal
You’ll receive a curated proposal outlining services, pricing, usage rights, and milestones based on your needs.
4. Deposit & Onboarding
A signed agreement and deposit secure your project on my calendar. You’ll receive your onboarding guide and the project timeline.
5. The Build Begins
Once everything is confirmed, I begin crafting your visuals, creative direction, and deliverables. You’ll approve each milestone before we move forward — ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the process.
STUDIO BOUNDARIES
Transparency keeps the Studio’s work focused, respectful, and enjoyable for both of us. These boundaries help protect the creative process and the quality of your results.
• Communication Windows
I respond to messages Monday–Friday during business hours. Weekend communication is limited to urgent project needs only.
• Revision Structure
Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes are billed at my creative rate of $85/hr (1-hour minimum).
• Three-Day Feedback Policy
Client feedback is required within 3 business days of receiving a draft. Delayed feedback may shift your project timeline.
• Intellectual Property
Design systems and style guides require a full buyout for unrestricted use. Without a buyout, usage is limited to the deliverables outlined in your proposal.
• Respectful Collaboration
All creative work is handcrafted. Rushed timelines, last-minute edits, or “copy this creator” requests may be declined to preserve originality and quality.
• Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment (based on service) is required to begin all projects. All invoices must be paid on time to maintain your place in the schedule.
• Deliver Only Model
The Savage Fantasy Studio operates as a deliver-only creative studio.
This means all content I create for you is thoughtfully crafted, edited, and delivered — you and your team handle all posting, scheduling, and social media management.
This model keeps your brand voice authentic and empowers you to use the content on your own timeline.
